I am a filmmaker.
I started Reel Chance Media to make movies, but as the founder of Reel Chance Media I believe the best way to start a film production company is to follow Walt Disney’s example, and use the revenue generated from commissioned work to pay talented people to make movies, and I realized in todays environment, it was the perfect time to help real estate professionals market their listings through video by harnessing the power of generative AI to create branded AI Influencer hosted videos for their listings.
At Reel Chance Media, I create a customized AI Influencer presenter, whether that is a photorealistic presenter, a Pixar styled 3D presenter, or a 2D animation style presenter to host real estate marketing videos made from photographs and videos you have taken of your property listings.
We create and edit videos for your listings to be used on various social media platforms including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. We do this because of a very simple quote Reel Chance Media was founded on.

I went to film school at Syracuse University during the 1990s and I made my first “real” films on “Old School” celluloid while I was still a student there. My classmates included the director of the film “Mayhem” which starred Steven Yeun of ‘The Walking Dead,” and the co-writers of “Everly” which starred Salma Hayek.
But I don’t need a Hollywood script or a Hollywood budget to make videos for your Real Estate listings that will get people talking. I also don’t need high cost on screen talent thanks to generative AI and that means you can have effective video marketing material for your listings at a reasonable cost.
When you have a multi-million dollar listing, it makes sense to spend a lot on video marketing material for that listing because the commissions will pay for the costs, but it makes less sense to overspend on lower commission properties
